Shipping policy

1. Delivery Partner

• We use Shiprocket as our logistics and delivery partner for all domestic and applicable international shipments.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipments are handed over to Shiprocket, and tracking details are shared via email/SMS.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery time is 3–4 working days depending on the location.
• Delays due to courier handling, weather, customs, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

4. Tracking Orders

• Customers can track orders directly using the Shiprocket tracking link provided.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and courier charges via Shiprocket.

6. Risk of Loss

• Once Shiprocket confirms delivery, the order will be deemed successfully delivered. We are not responsible for theft or loss after this stage.
